I am right there with you. Actually, I am pretty sure that God has been screaming at me to slow down. I didn't listen. So, I got injured and was forced to slow down by being put on bed rest.
At first, it was awful! I kept trying to go out and live my normal fast paced life. But, when I was getting better, I finally just rested. God spoke to me and said "Be still". For the first time in a while.. I did.

This is incredible, not the injury part. I'm sorry that happened, BUT, God can use anything for His Glory. Thank you for sharing this with me!
